PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main spindle device which can detect an anomaly in a rolling bearing with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: A main spindle device includes: a temperature sensor 60 for detecting the temperature of a rolling bearing 31 or temperatures of parts of a housing 10 and a main spindle 20 which are subjected to an influence of a temperature change of the rolling bearing 31; and anomaly detection units 104, 203 for detecting an anomaly of the rolling bearing 31 based on a rate of the temperature change of the rolling bearing 31 detected by the temperature sensor 60. |
