Disclosed are an enquiry method and system, an enquiry search server, and an enquiry terminal, which relate to the field of communications. The enquiry method comprises: after receiving an enquiry request from an enquiry terminal, an enquiry search server obtaining a keyword related to the enquiry request, determining, based on the keyword and related information of other enquiry terminals, a certain number of other enquiry terminals as a target enquiry terminal group, and sending the enquiry request to the enquiry terminals in the target enquiry terminal group. The embodiments of the present invention implement manners for mutual enquiry between users and for obtaining corresponding responses, and this definitely facilitates operations of terminal users and helps promotion of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, thereby collecting useful ideas with respect to the enquiry, and achieving a good effect for answering enquiries. |
