AUTOMATIC ROLLING-STAMPING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ROLLING-STAMPING

An automatic rolling-stamping device is provided, which comprises a paper feed channel, a stamp rotating shaft (2) and a rolling-stamp rotating shaft (3) which are installed on racks (1) of two sides of the paper feed channel. A rolling stamp (4) is installed on the stamp rotating shaft (2), and a rolling-stamp roller (5) which is arranged corresponding to the rolling stamp (4) is installed on the rolling-stamp rotating shaft (3). A driving motor is connected through a transmission with the stamp rotating shaft (2) and the rolling-stamp rotating shaft (3), a position sensor (6) is placed on the rack (1) beside the rolling stamp (4), and an encoder (7) is connected through a transmission with the stamp rotating shaft (2). The device performs all around monitoring within 360 degrees range of the stamp rotating shaft (2), and makes the controlling position precise, so as to improve the control reliability, and reduce the failure rate of the rotating and stopping of the rolling stamp.
