An activity meter (1) comprises: a computation device which computes activity on the basis of an acceleration which is detected by an acceleration sensor; a display device further comprising a display unit (31) which displays the activity; a communication device further comprising an antenna (42), and which transmits the activity as transmission information to an information terminal apparatus via a short-range wireless communication; and a case (70). The antenna (42) and the display unit (31) are attached to the case (70) such that a first plane (PA) containing the antenna (42) and a second plane (PB) containing the display unit (31) intersect.
