Calcium chloride is a material which is generally used when the roads of a cold country such as Russia, North Korea etc or other areas are designed not to be frozen. Particularly, chlorine ions and calcium ions are actively used because the relative harm degree of the chlorine ions and calcium ions which exist in natural ecosystem is low. The purpose of the invention is to simply manufacture and utilize low purity calcium chloride. |
