Provided are a battery electrode sheet fabrication method and fabrication device which is easy to carry out and which have high productivity. Specifically, a battery electrode sheet fabrication device comprises: a conveyance unit which contiguously conveys a conductive sheet which is a core of a battery electrode sheet; a coating unit which coats the conductive sheet with a coating fluid; and a drying unit which dries the coating fluid with which the conductive sheet is coated. The battery electrode sheet fabrication device further comprises: a collector electrode unit forming unit which cuts, in a prescribed shape, a portion of the conductive sheet after the coating fluid with which the conductive sheet is coated has dried, and forms a collector electrode unit of the conductive sheet; and a pressure press unit which sandwiches from both sides in the thickness direction the conductive sheet from which the collector electrode unit is formed and pressure presses same.
