The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing differential information of a differential global positioning system and a method of the same. A transceiver device of differential information and differential information parameter of the differential global positioning system enables a user to perform positioning error correction by enabling a terminal itself to generate the differential information using the differential information parameter in case that the terminal can not receive real-time differential information, and enables the user to perform the positioning error correction after the terminal itself generates the differential information using the differential information received in the past in case that the terminal can not receive real-time differential information, by generating the differential information parameter and encoding the differential information parameter into a plurality of signals for broadcasting/communication medium and then enabling transmission or receiving of the signals.
