PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrupt increase in power consumption at the start of an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A control output suppression determination part 12, when detects the start of an air conditioner 1 based on start/stop signal PW from an air conditioner start/stop part 11, determines that execution of control output suppression is necessary for suppressing power consumption at the air conditioner 1, and outputs a control output suppression command R. A feedback control part 13, in response to the control output suppression command R, calculates a suppression control output value MV' in which a value of control output value MV is suppressed over a predetermined wait time period from the start of the air conditioner 1, and then based on the suppression control output value MV', performs feedback control. |
