PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel including a heater wire, maintaining superior appearance, and improving productivity, and to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a covered part 20 of a circular rim part 15, a groove 21 is formed along a circumferential direction of a circular arc. A heater wire 22 is housed in the groove 21. A skin part 23 is provided for covering the heater wire 22 and the covered part 20 of the rim part 15. The shape of the heater wire 22 is prevented from appearing on the skin part 23 covering the covered part 20 of the rim part 15 and the heater wire 22, with a simple configuration. Superior appearance is ensured, while improving productivity. |
