[Problem] To set and display a relative duration that has a relative relationship to an actual duration. [Solution] A relative time display device (100) is provided with: a relative duration setting receiving means that receives a setting of a duration ('relative duration') that is different from an actual duration and has a relative relationship to the actual duration; a relative duration timing means that performs timing on the basis of the relative duration received by the relative duration setting receiving means; a relative time identification means that on the basis of the timing done by the relative duration timing means, identifies a current time ('relative time') within the relative duration; and a display control means that on a display device, displays an image or video corresponding to the relative time identified by the relative time identification means. |
