Disclosed is a charging method, which comprises: after detecting a charging adaptive signal at a charging interface thereof, a mobile terminal setting a marking signal at the charging interface, the charging adaptive signal indicating to the mobile terminal that an adapter which accesses the charging interface is adaptive to the mobile terminal; the marking signal being configured to indicate to the adapter that the mobile terminal is adaptive to the adapter, and after identifying the marking signal, the adapter providing a preset adaptive charging environment for the mobile terminal; and the mobile terminal using the charging interface to be charged in the adaptive charging environment provided by the adapter. Also disclosed at the same time are a mobile terminal and an adapter. The charging method, the mobile terminal and the adapter of the present invention can be applied to effectively shorten the charging duration of a large-capacity battery and improve the user experience. |
