Provided is a microflow reactor which accommodates different kinds of chips and performs reactions. The microflow reactor includes a support plate, rail parts which are separated from the support plate and are parallelly arranged with each other, a holding block which is inserted between the rail parts, contacts the support plate, is formed with a reactant inlet and a reactant outlet on the surface of an insertion groove opened between the rail parts, and into which a reactor chip having a reaction space is detachably inserted, a pair of fixed panels which are fixed to the holding block and are formed with an inlet unit which connects to the inlet and an outlet unit which connects to the outlet, and a thermoelectric module which contacts the support plate and controls the reaction temperature of the reactor chip by absorbing or discharging heat.
