PURPOSE: A bidirectional client consulting system using a mobile application and a method thereof are that an integrated bidirectional call center application installed in a telephone terminal is automatically executed when a client calls a specific number in the telephone terminal. CONSTITUTION: A telephone terminal(10) comprises a voice call function with a private automatic branch exchange(PABX)(20) and a connection function with a service providing server. The PABX transmits input information of a client and receiving/transmitting call-IDs to a call center telephone terminal A call center CTI server(30) confirms call connection situation information. A service provider(SP) server(50) synchronizes a telephone terminal application with a consultant PC application.
