PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a buckle plate unit for a buckle folding machine including a buckle plate which allows a sheet to travel into a buckle plate space 24 of the buckle plate in a travel-in direction ER passing through a travel-in opening 25, a sheet stopper device which has a sheet stopper 40 extending in the buckle plate space nearly sideways to the travel-in direction, and a sheet switching device which has a shifting device 35 capable of moving from an opening position where the travel-in opening to the buckle plate is opened to a shifting position where the travel-in opening is shut in order to shift the sheet, thereby providing the buckle plate unit that can rapidly be switched from a stopper position to the shifting position in order to obtain high step speed by a simple means in terms of structure.SOLUTION: When a sheet stopper 40 is moved in a direction opposite to the travel-in direction ER, a shifting device 35 can be moved from an opening position to a shifting position by the sheet stopper. |
