摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which can be easily manufactured while restraining an uncoated cathode portion of a cathode which is not coated with a cathode active material and a coated anode portion of an anode which is coated with an anode active material from being shorted together.SOLUTION: A cathode lead portion 24 of a cathode sheet 21 and an anode lead portion of an anode sheet 31 together constituting an electrode assembly 18 are formed on the same edge side of the electrode assembly 18, with a cathode boundary 26c formed closer to the side of a coated anode portion 36a than an anode boundary 36c. A lithium ion secondary battery includes an insulation member 43 having a holding part 46 consisting of a pair of insulation portions 45 sandwiching the cathode lead portion 24 from both sides in the lamination direction of the electrode assembly 18. The pair of insulation portions 45 are disposed between at least the cathode boundary 26c and the anode boundary 36c when viewed from the lamination direction of the electrode assembly 18.
