PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire insertion jig and an electric wire insertion method which enable an easy insertion operation of an electric wire into a tubular member, prevent the increase in types of the electric insertion jigs, and improve the productivity of a wire harness or the like where the electric wire is inserted into the tubular member.SOLUTION: An electric insertion jig 1 used for inserting an electric wire 2 into a tubular member 3 includes: a tube material placement base 10 positioning a lower end surface of the tubular member 3 to a predetermined height position; an electric wire placement base 20 positioning a lower end surface of the electric wire 2 to a predetermined height position; and an induction stand 30 including a guide surface 31 guiding the electric wire 2 on the electric wire placement surface 21 into the tubular member 3 on the tubular placement surface 11. The guide surface 31 of the induction base 30 includes an electric wire bottom part guide surface 32 guiding the lower end surface of the electric wire 2 to a position offset so as to be close to a lower end of an inner peripheral surface of the tubular member 3 and is formed so that a height position of a tubular member 3 side end part of the electric bottom part guide surface 32 may be adjusted. |
