PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter regenerating device capable of restraining a particle size of fuel injected from a fuel injection nozzle from becoming large in a low injection quantity, without narrowing a range of a fuel quantity injected from the fuel injection nozzle.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 20 includes a burner 22 for burning fuel in the front stage of a filter 21 in an exhaust pipe of an engine, and a burner control device for controlling a fuel injection state in a high fuel injection nozzle 23 and a low fuel injection nozzle 24 of the burner 22. The low fuel injection nozzle 24 is relatively small in a nozzle port area, and the high fuel injection nozzle 23 is relatively large in the nozzle port area. The burner control device drives the low fuel injection nozzle 24 when a fuel injection quantity is a switching injection quantity or less, and drives the high fuel injection nozzle 23 when the fuel injection quantity exceeds the switching injection quantity. |
