PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional reinforcing base fabric for a urethane foam molding which causes crinkles due to drawing of a nonwoven fabric and breaks of a nonwoven fabric and which cannot provide a molded form which meets a request even when a nonwoven fabric having a three-layer structure is used.SOLUTION: There is provided a reinforcing base fabric for a urethane foam molding having a three-layer structure in which three layers of integrated bodies are integrated. Integrated bodies for a front surface layer and a rear surface layer include short fibers and have a base weight of 25 to 80 g/m, a fiber integrated body for an intermediate layer includes filaments and has a basis weight of 25 to 80 g/m, and a fiber integrated body for an intermediate layer includes a thermoplastic resin having a melting point that is lower than a melting point of any of the fiber integrated bodies for the front surface layer and the rear surface layer by 90 to 170°C. Thus, it is possible to obtain a molding which does not cause a crinkle in a reinforcing base fabric when molding a urethane foam molding and meets a request for a form. |
