PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set two ways of security levels in accordance with a contact object of an input operation in a terminal apparatus having two different types of touch panels.SOLUTION: The terminal apparatus includes: a touch panel part in which a first touch panel which detects a conductive contact object, and which does not detect a non-conductive contact object and a second touch panel which detects the contact object regardless of whether the contact object is conductive/non-conductive are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other; a display part; a contact object determination unit which determines that the conductive contact object has been used when there is no difference between a first detection result of the first touch panel and a second detection result of the second touch panel, and determines that the non-conductive contact object has been used when there is a difference between those detection results; and a use restriction releasing unit which respectively performs first/second use restriction release under such authentication establishment conditions that the conductive/non-conductive contact objects have been used in the case of performing authentication processing.
