The controller 6, in executing cell balancing, always turns on the switches SWc1-SWc4, turns on and off the switch SWm, always turns off the switch SWa and, in charging an accessory battery 3, always turns off the switches SWc1-SWc4, turns on and off the switch SWm, and always turns on SWa. |
