<p>The invention provides method of treating cancers that express MUCl by the administration of eIF4A helicase inhibitors. These inhibitors may advantageously be combined with peptides that inhibit MUCl oligomerization, or with other standard anticancer therapies such as chemo-, radio- and surgical therapies.</p> |
