PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high magnetic property and low hardness by increasing the distribution density of coarse inclusions and reducing the generation frequency of fine inclusion in steel. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property comprises 1.0-3.0wt.% of Al, 2.3-3.5wt.% of Si, 0.5-2.0wt.% of Mn, 0.2wt.% or less of Sn+Sb, 0.001-0.004wt.% of N, 0.0005-0.004wt.% of S, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, where the contents of Al, Mn, N, and S satisfy the following equations, {[Al]+[Mn]}<=3.5, 0.002<={[N]+[S]}<=0.006, and 300<={([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}<=1,400. |
