<p>Decorated sheets based on non-woven cellulose materials such as paper for producing decorated laminates are impregnated with synthetic resins. During this process, their size alters, and they become brittle and within the laminate they are not water-resistant. In the process according to the invention, the printed or unprinted non-woven materials are impregnated with an aqueous dispersion of a polymer crosslinkable by UV radiation, dried, optionally printed and finally irradiated with UV. The resultant decorated sheets are water-resistant within the laminate and after each process step can be rolled up and stored.</p> |
