The present invention relates to a drill bit clamping unit of a washing device for microdrill bits, more particularly, to the drill bit clamping unit of the washing device for microdrill bits as the component of the washing device for microdrill bits so as to clamp multiple drill bits at once when the drill bits are transferred. The drill bit clamping unit of the washing device for microdrill bits according to the present invention comprises: a fixed block fixed and coupled on the bottom of a transferring unit; a clamping block separated by supporting shafts fixed on both sides of the bottom of the fixed block, and having ball plungers arranged at predetermined intervals to elastically support the drill bits; a compression block elastically supported by a spring arranged on the outer surface of the supporting shafts, and vertically moved by external pressure; and multiple pushing bars fixed on the bottom of the compression block to push the drill bits elastically supported by the ball plungers while being declined by the compression of the compression block.
