The present invention relates to a device for inspecting a connecting cap of a fuel delivery pipe for a vehicle, which comprises: a supply unit (10) which automatically supplies multiple connecting caps (C) with a constant speed; an aligning unit (20) which discharges the connecting caps (C) at constant intervals one by one; a transfer unit (30) which automatically transfers the connecting caps (C) discharged from the aligning unit (20) to a specific position; a pushing unit (40) which pushes the connecting caps (C) on the end of the transfer unit to a loading position (L) one by one; a hole inspecting unit (50) which senses whether the fuel supply holes of the connecting caps (C) have defects; a thread inspecting unit (60) which senses whether threads on the outer surfaces of the connecting caps (C) have defects; a collecting unit (70) for collecting the connecting caps (C) in which the inspection is completed to a specific position; and a moving robot chuck unit (80) which simultaneously chucks the connecting cap (C) on the loading position (L) of the pushing unit (40) and the connecting cap on the connecting cap chucking position of the hole inspecting unit (50) and the thread inspecting unit (60) to move the connecting caps (C). |
