An anti-buckling device and an anti-buckling system for a hot rolled coil using the same are disclosed. The anti-buckling device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: multiple contact parts which are movable in the opposite direction to each other; and one or more elastic pressing parts which are formed between the contact parts and supply elastic force for pushing the contact parts outward. The anti-buckling system comprises: the anti-buckling device which is inserted into a hot rolled coil to support the inner diameter of the wound hot rolled coil; and a loader/unloader which inserts or separates the anti-buckling device into/from the hot rolled coil and contracts the elastic pressing parts when the anti-buckling device is inserted or separated.
