PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve system efficiency and connection stability by appropriately controlling measurement, etc. at carrier aggregation.SOLUTION: A mobile station UE communicates with a radio base station using two or more carriers. When the two or more carriers are constituted by a carrier not in an intermittent reception state and a carrier in an intermittent reception state, the mobile station includes: a first communication unit for communicating with the carrier not in the intermittent reception state; and a second communication unit for communicating with the carrier in the intermittent reception state. The first communication unit determines a section before and after the ON section of the carrier of the intermittent reception state to be a measurement gap. |
