PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding box for sleeping which is easily permeated and enables a user to easily get his or her head into or out of the sleeping box.SOLUTION: A light-shielding box for sleeping comprises a body 2 and an upper cover. The body 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and two side plates 22. The respective side plates 22 are erected on both sides of the bottom plate 21 to demarcate a housing space 27. The upper cover comprises a top plate 31 and a lid plate 32. The lid plate 32 and the top plate 31 are stacked and disposed on the body 2 to prevent light from entering the housing space 27, and a channel to ventilate the air is formed between the lid plate 32 and the top plate 31. The lid plate 32 comprises a first lid plate 321, a second lid plate 322, and a piece of cloth 324 for light-shielding. |
