PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of properly adjusting a door opening/closing speed and a door opening time by accurately grasping the number of passengers of boarding waiting passengers of a landing hall.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes a load sensor 9, a boarding waiting passenger determining part 11 and a door opening/closing control part 12. The load sensor 9 is arranged in a landing hall 2 of an elevator, and detects a load of boarding waiting passengers staying in the landing hall 2. The boarding waiting passenger determining part 11 determines the number of persons of the boarding waiting passengers staying in the landing hall 2 based on the load detected by the load sensor 9. The door opening/closing control part 12 adjusts a door opening/closing speed and a door opening time based on the boarding waiting passenger number of the landing hall 2 determined by the boarding waiting passenger determining part 11 when a car 3 of the elevator stops in the landing hall 2. |
