A pneumatic tire is configured so that a cap section and a conduction section, which form the tread rubber, are prevented from separating from each other and so that the static electricity of the vehicle can be smoothly discharged. A pneumatic tire (1) is provided with tread rubber (2G) including a cap section (11) which forms a tread surface (2A), and also including a conduction section (12) which has one end exposed at the tread surface (2A) and which has the other end electrically conducted to a rim when the tire is mounted to the rim. The conduction section (12) comprises a wound strip body formed by helically winding and overlapping a rubber strip (14). The rubber strip (14) includes a wide strip (15) having electrically conductive properties and a large width, and also includes a narrow strip (16) having a smaller width than the wide strip (15) and disposed on the outside of the wide strip (15) in the radial direction of the tire. The rubber material of the narrow strip (16) is the same as that of the cap section (11) adhering to the narrow strip (16). |
