摘要 A manufacturing method of a low iron-loss core material for a motor is provided to reduce an iron-loss by forming Fe-Si-Al alloy layer inside a substrate. A substrate is Fe-Si based electrical steel sheet. A Si content of the substrate is 2 ~ 3wt%. An Al-Si alloy coating material is coated on the substrate with thickness of 20 ~ 40 micron. A coating is performed by an evaporation method or a physical vapor deposition method. A Si content of the Al-Si coating material is 12 ~ 20wt%. A diffusion heat treatment is performed under a heat treatment temperature of 1050 ~ 1150°C and a heat treatment time of 60 ~ 100 minutes. A Fe-Al-Si alloy layer is formed inside the substrate.
