PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification system and an identification method of sick and wounded people which facilitate identification work of victims and dead bodies and can easily and surely verify accommodation of sick and wounded people saved and accommodated in various hospitals.SOLUTION: A sick and wounded people identification system comprises: an inner-area base terminal 4 which is installed at an inner-area transportation base 3 that is a transportation destination to which a sick and wounded person is founded and transported; a portable terminal 2 which is carried by a rescuer, has a GPS function, and is connected to the inner-area base terminal 4 via a network 10; and an outer-area base terminal 6 which is installed at an outer-area transportation base 5 that is a transportation destination to which the sick and wounded person is transported from the inner-area transportation base 3, and is connected to the inner-area base terminal 4 via the network 10. An initial ID is set for a sick and wounded person on the basis of coordinates of the place and the time where and when the sick and wounded person is founded. Then, an additional ID is added to the initial ID on the basis of coordinates of the transportation destination and the reception time, and information about the sick and wounded person is transmitted with the IDs to an accommodation destination for managing data of the sick and wounded person. |
