PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can avoid interference of a superimposed signal due to a fact that a plurality of superimposing terminals perform data transmission to the same superimposition available band at the same time.SOLUTION: A superimposing terminal 22 comprises a reservation unit 28 which transmits reservation data to acquire a transmission right of transmission data at a reserved band as the reserved band which is a superimposition available band at the next time or after, in a reply band which is a superimposition available band determined by a determination unit 27. The reservation unit 28 generates reservation data, and broadcasts the reservation data by a superimposed signal from a superimposing communication unit 23. The superimposing communication unit 23 transmits transmission data by the superimposed signal at a reserved band (superimposition available band) the transmission right of which has been acquired by the reservation data. A superimposing terminal 22 that can transmit transmission data by a superimposed signal at the superimposition available band is only the superimposing terminal 22 that has acquired the transmission right of transmission data at this superimposition available band, and other superimposing terminals 22 are prohibited from transmitting transmission data. |
