PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a refrigerant pipeline (15) by preventing loosening of a fixing screw (91) to fix a spring member (80) in an attachment structure in which the refrigerant pipeline (15) is pressed and fixed by the spring member (80) to a refrigerant jacket (70) to which a power element (63) is attached.SOLUTION: A screw hole (75) formed in a refrigerant jacket (70) does not penetrate through the rear surface side of a heat conducting part (76) of the refrigerant jacket (70) and is used as the screw hole with the bottom, thereby preventing heat-conducting grease applied between the refrigerant jacket (70) and a power element (63) from entering the screw hole (75). |
