PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device in which directivity such as light intensity and color tone of emitted light is small, and light output is less likely to decrease.SOLUTION: In an LED lamp 10, an LED1 for ultraviolet emission is fixed at a bottom surface of a recess of a metallic frame 2. A p-side electrode of an LED is electrically connected to a frame. An inner surface of the recess of the frame is finished into a mirror surface shape, and configured so as to function as a light reflection part. One end of a first lead 3 is mounted on the frame. An n-side electrode of the LED is electrically connected to one end of a second lead 5 via a metallic wire 4. A first resin part 6 covering the LED disposed on a bottom surface side and a second resin part 7 disposed on an arrow X2 direction side of the first resin part are formed in the recess of the frame. A light diffusion unit 8 composed of an Al thin film having a film thickness of approximately 3 nm is formed between the first resin part and the second resin part. |
