PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller with smaller variation of roller resistance by a batch even if an ion salt is used to form a master batch in order to prevent moisture absorption or deliquescence of the ion salt, as slippage is unlikely to occur when mixed to the other components at subsequent steps and cut smaller to prepare a conductive rubber composition or kneaded using a kneader, and to provide a transfer roller using the same, and a manufacturing method of the conductive roller.SOLUTION: A conductive roller 1 and a transfer roller includes a roller main body 2 composed of a crosslinked product of a conductive rubber composition prepared using an ion salt formed into a master batch using a non-halogen ion conductive rubber including ethylene oxide, and two kinds of NBR rubbers in which a compounding ratio of NBR in total amount of the two kinds of rubbers is 50 mass % or lower. The manufacturing method includes a step of preparing the master batch and the conductive rubber composition. |
