PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of supplying mist by using air (cold air) flowing in a wind passage.SOLUTION: A refrigerator has: a storage compartment having a container of a substantially-sealed structure formed with an opening at its back face, and arranged at the lower part of a storage commodity receiving space for receiving storage commodities, and a back face wall arranged at the rear of the back face of the container; a discharge electrode; and an electronic holding part for holding the discharge electrode. The refrigerator also comprises an atomizing device for generating mist by applying a voltage to the discharge electrode, and a wind passage which is arranged at the back face wall of the storage compartment, and supplies the mist generated at the atomizing device to the storage compartment. The atomizing device is arranged at the back face wall in the rear of the container of the storage compartment, supplies the mist into the container from the opening of the container, and supplies the mist to the storage commodity receiving space via the wind passage. |
