PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Nrf2 activator and use thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is an Nrf2 activator having an indole adsorbent as an active ingredient. The adsorbent can increase an expression of Nrf2 gene as an antioxidation gene through an adsorption of the indole in an intestinal tract or the like.
