PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a residual medicine in a hopper without causing uncomfortable feeling and misidentification on the occurrence of malfunction in a medicine packaging device.SOLUTION: A medicine is introduced from a nozzle 67a at a lower part of a hopper 67 with respect to an opening of a long and narrow packaging sheet 61 folded in two along the longitudinal direction. A heat-sealing section 68 seals the packaging sheet 61 so as to shut up the introduced medicine. A medicine packaging device includes a hopper side vibration applying mechanism 202 for applying vibration to the hopper 67. The medicine packaging device includes an expansion guide side vibration applying mechanism 203 for applying vibration to an expansion guide 65.
