<p>PURPOSE: A cogeneration facility is provided to generate electricity using steam from heat exchange and to utilize the steam as a heat medium for heating and hot-water supply in a house, thereby improving energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cogeneration facility includes a generating part (100), a generating heat medium circulating part (200), a thermal storage (300), and a generating heat medium heating part (400). The generating part generates electricity, and supplies the electricity to houses. The heat medium circulating part circulates a generating heat medium through the generating part, and rotates the generating turbine (110) of the generating part with the heat medium. The thermal storage is connected to the heat medium circulating part so that heating-water and hot-water are heated by the heat medium circulating part. The thermal storage heat exchanges with the heat medium in order to heat the heating-water and the hot-water, and then supplies the heating-water and the hot-water to the houses. The heat medium heating part is connected to the heat medium circulating part and heat exchanges the heat medium so that the heat medium heating part heats the heat medium.
