PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp cover which is excellent in light convergence performance, and a lighting device having the lamp cover.SOLUTION: The lamp cover made of a light guide material shows a semicylindrical shape having an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface. The thickness of the lamp cover in the radial cross section is set to be gradually thinner from its center part to both sides.
