PURPOSE: An organism adhesive composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the side effect such as inflammation by hindering the penetration of adhesive ingredient into the injury. CONSTITUTION: An organism adhesive composition comprises highly polymerized compound and cyano acrylate which indicated as below chemical formula 1. In the formula, R1 is H or COOH, R2 is H or C1-4 alkyl, and n is an integer from 10 to 1000. The R2 is H or methyl. The cyano acrylate is selected from the group which is consisted of methyl 2- cyano acrylate, ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, butyl 2- cyano acrylate, iso-hexyl 2- cyano acrylate, 2- cyano acrylate, octyl 2- cyano acrylate, ethoxyethyl 2- cyano acrylate, isobutyl 2- cyano acrylate, and hexyl 2-cyano acrylate. |
