PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive optical system by a space phase modulation unit that relaxes the dependency of modulation properties due to polarization of incident light, improves light utilization efficiency, and can correct the aberration of an object to be inspected.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus includes: a light modulation unit that performs modulation by a direction of one polarized light among two polarized lights included in light generated from a light source; an alteration unit for rotating the modulated light by almost 90 degrees; an irradiator for irradiating an eye to be examined with the modulated light, after the light modulation unit modulates the light emitted from the alteration unit so that the light is modulated by a direction of the one polarized light; and an image acquiring unit for acquiring an image of the eye to be examined, based on a returned light from the eye to be examined, which is irradiated with the modulated light. |
