PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a door inner panel between a hinge mounting part and a damper mounting part without increasing weight and cost of a back door for a vehicle, while suppressing distortion of an upper frame section.SOLUTION: A first gate 105b is formed at an outer edge in the middle of the longitudinal direction of an upper frame portion molding part in a molding surface 105a of a fixed die 105, and a second gate 105c is formed facing the first gate 105b at an inner edge. Injection of thermoplastic resin R containing a fiber reinforcing material G by the first gate 105b and the second gate 105c is started at the same time, in the state where the fixed die 105 and the moving die are mold clamped and where a cavity C is formed between the both. Timing for injecting the thermo plastic resin R from each of the gates 105b to 105e is controlled so that the injected thermo plastic resin R injected by the gates 105b to 105e may reach a position corresponding to a bolt hole for mounting a damper in the cavity C.
