PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate user's use of services by presenting a recommendation item that satisfies both of securement of reliability and keeping of being interesting on the recommendation item.SOLUTION: A browsing information storing unit stores browsing identification information that is information identifying an item that may be browsed by a user. A recommendation value calculating unit calculates a recommendation value for each of items and forms a recommendation candidate set. A browsing ratio total value calculating unit calculates, for each of the items, a browsing ratio total value indicating how much the item has been browsed, based on the browsing identification information. A display order determination unit calculates, for each of the items, a priority so that a priority degree increases as a recommendation value increases and a priority degree decreases as a browsing rate total value increases, using the recommendation value and the browsing rate total value, and, according to the priority, determines a display order of item information provided to one user. |
