PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned carrier which can prevent accidents due to jumping out of a battery.SOLUTION: An unmanned carrier 1 comprises: imaging means 2a, 2b which image imaging regions A1, A2 including a guiding line 4 provided on a road surface FL and generate image data of the imaging regions A1, A2; lighting means 3b, 3c for illuminating the imaging regions A1, A2 by emitting light; and a slide mechanism for pulling out a battery accommodated in a prescribed position of a carrier body 10 from the carrier body 10. It travels along a guiding line 4 by detecting the guiding line 4 from the image data. The lighting means 3b, 3c are movable in a pulling-out direction Y integrally with the battery by the slide mechanism, and the imaging means 2a, 2b are fixed to the carrier body 10. When the battery moves in the pulling-out direction Y from the prescribed position while travelling, the lighting means 3b, 3c move with respect to the imaging means 2a, 2b and the amount of light illuminating the imaging regions A1, A2 decreases, preventing the unmanned carrier from detecting the guiding line 4 from the image data and stopping its travelling. |
