Provided is a method for producing a rubber molding in which a rubber compound is cross-linked at a lower temperature than the conventional cross-linking temperature (150°C or higher). The present invention is characterized by comprising a cross-linking step for cross-linking a rubber compound having a nitrile structure represented by formula (I) and an olefin structure represented by formula (II), at a temperature 100°C or lower in a rubber composition comprising the rubber compound and a thiol compound including at least two thiol groups in one molecule. (In formula (II), R is a C4 or higher divalent organic group and includes an unsaturated bond represented by -C=C- in the structure.)
