The tool has an elastic deformable sleeve (4) radially movably supported at an upper front surface (5) and a lower front surface (6). A control device (7) enables radial deformation of the sleeve. The deformable sleeve defines a functional region (9) of an annular gap nozzle (1) at a rear side. A sealing arrangement i.e. flexible sealing body, seals the functional region, and includes a sealing element (11) between the upper front surface of the sleeve and the nozzle. The body fills the functional region in a section adjoining at the upper front surface of the sleeve.
