<p>The present invention solves the problem of difficulties with miniaturization and positioning magnets in suitable locations due to coils being disposed in such a manner as to surround a mirror in a drive device such as a MEMS scanner in which a driven object such as a mirror is made to rotate. This drive device (105) is provided with: a second base (110-2) that rotates around the X-axis via first elastic parts (120a-1, 120b-1) inside a first base (110-1); and a driven part (130) that rotates around the Y-axis via second elastic parts (120a-2, 120b-2) inside the second base. The driven part is disposed on the outside of the windings of a coil (140) disposed on the second base. In addition, magnetic field applying parts (161, 162), which each apply magnetic field to the coil, are provided, and the coil is disposed in such a manner that the center of the coil is positioned in a position that is offset in the Y-axis direction from the axis of rotation of the second base.</p> |
