PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to remove foreign materials by a foreign material removal unit during a cutting process of a strip at the same time because the foreign material removal unit rotates on the surface of a shear unit by interlocking with the movement of the shear unit. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device(100) comprises first and second shear units(110,120) and a foreign material removal unit(130). The first and second shear units are installed on the movement line of a strip and are engaged each other. The foreign material removal unit rotates on the surface of the second shear unit while interlocking with the movement of the first shear unit, and removes foreign materials. |
